Formerly the Head of Global Acquisitions for a leading US-based Private Equity firm, Russell has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors and regions, focusing primarily on special situations and the acquisition of non-core or underperforming assets from multinational corporations across Europe and the US.
